Well to begin with, the Edge uses advanced Xtrolite G7 aluminum for superior lightweight to strength properties. This frame can easily be built to be in the very low 20lb range.. And, the hydro-formed downtube is shaped to provide crisp steering while still dampening vibration from the trail.
Jostling your way to the front of the pack and through the tightest of technical areas is achieved with the surgical precision of a 71.5 degree head tube angle.
Smart, logical location of all the brake hose and shifter cable guides allows the Edge to keep its clean, streamline, “strictly business” look. The frame also comes with the seatpost collar and replaceable rear derailleur hanger.
