Sette Razzo Derailleur Hanger

The Achilles’ heel of any bicycle frame is the derailleur hanger. The moment one snaps or bends too far, a frame is toast. That’s it. No mas.

For this reason virtually every aluminum and carbon frame uses a replaceable derailleur hanger and Sette frames are no exception.

A replaceable derailleur hanger is the only bicycle part we can think of that is actually designed to break. Sure, they could probably be made not to break but would you rather replace the next time your bike has a run-in with an immoveable object, an expensive derailleur, an even more expensive frame, or an inexpensive piece of aluminum?

If you’ve ridden for any amount of time, you’ve probably had to replace a derailleur hanger at some point so we really shouldn’t have to remind you that it’s not a bad idea to have one on hand before you need it to minimize your bike’s downtime
